We do not have a food scale in the kitchen area. This would be quite useful for weighing green coffee beans for the Behmor roaster as well as general kitchen use for cooking by weight instead of volume. Buying in bulk can save money, but how do you divide up large portions so they don't go bad before you can use them? A food vacuum sealer!! It will also complement the Sous Vide machine for marinading things like meat, fish or tofu before cooking!
