The Roland GS-24 is a tried and true vinyl cutter. It appears as a printer to the computer, and the print drivers are free and easy to install on both Windows & Mac -- letting members print from their own computers as well (if desired). The software/driver tutorials are also well thought out, documented, and very helpful.

I have personally used this machine at many institutions, and seen it used at even more. It is the Fab Foundation's go-to vinyl cutter in America (at least for what I've seen).
