I also understand that I am personally responsible for my safety and actions. I will follow all safety instructions and signage at MakeHaven. I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, and that I am mentally competent to agree to this release. Photos from activities at MakeHaven will be posted to social media and may be used in promoting MakeHaven, you may request not to be photographed during the event.
