Ticket Refunds

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 72 hours before the class starts to get a full refund. Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email. You do not need to contact staff to notify of the cancellation. If you cancel within 72 hours of the class, a refund is not available. This policy is the same for everyone to ensure fairness.

We aim to make our programs accessible while respecting the time and effort of our skilled instructors.

 

Weather Cancellation Policy

We follow New Haven Public Schools for weather cancellations. If an event is canceled due to weather, we will email everyone who registered. Make sure we have an email address you check regularly.

Refunds are issued for any paid class that is canceled because of weather.

 

Epidemic Response Policy

In the event of a widespread epidemic in New Haven County, we will follow the New Haven Public Schools' closure rules.

 

Missed Class Policy

There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups, or deferments for missed classes.

 

Safety Dress Code

Please follow the safety dress code, or you may be turned away without a refund, transfer, make-up, or deferment. Some classes may require additional safety gear as noted in the class description.


For the wood and metal shops, you will need:

- Closed-toe shoes

- Safety glasses (we have some available)

- Long hair and dangling jewelry secured or removed
 

For the forging and welding areas, you will also need:

- Long pants

- No synthetic fibers (fire and melting hazard)
