Meetup: Come Out and Clay - Polymer Practice
What to Expect:
This meetup is all about a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Expect a collaborative space where you can freely discuss your polymer clay projects, learn from others, and enjoy the creative energy in the room. It's not just about the clay; it's about the community of makers coming together.
What's Provided:
We'll provide a welcoming environment and a space to work on your projects. Bring your own tools and any specific materials you'd like to use. For everyone's health, please avoid materials and supplies with strong smells or VOCs. Those who have the ability to bring a little extra to share are invited to do so, if so inclined.
Who Should Attend:
This meetup is open to everyone – MakeHaven members and the public alike. If you've taken a polymer clay class at MakeHaven, this is your chance to share your successes, dive into discussions about overcoming challenges, and simply have a good time getting creative with clay.
Prerequisites/Safety Information:
While no formal prerequisites are required, a basic understanding of polymer clay is recommended to make the most of the discussions and activities. Be sure to follow safety guidelines when working with clay, and if you have specific tools or materials you prefer, feel free to bring them along.
Come ready to play, share, and be inspired by the wonderful world of polymer clay!
