Until MakeHaven gets a spray booth, it would be nice to have access to a decent spray gun.
It seems that LVLP (low volume low pressure) is the way to go for home compressors. The SPRAYIT SP-33500K kit looks good -- $82 at Home Depot.
There are also HVLP (high volume low pressure) guns, but they often require large shop compressors. There are also HVLP "systems" that come with a small portable "turbine" box which is optimized for HVLP (instead of conventional compressor). See the Fuji Semi-PRO 2 system -- $440 on Amazon (800 reviews).
So, either get LVLP gun (inexpensive, works with any compressor), or an HVLP system (more expensive, comes with portable optimized air source).
