Whether you’re a seasoned builder or new to the world of construction, there will be opportunities for everyone to lend a hand and learn valuable skills along the way. From framing walls to installing windows, every contribution helps to bring these homes one step closer to completion.

This month, let's be inspired by seasonal greens and beans. Theresa will be making a beans & greens dish. Come at 6:30 to watch her techniques, or at 7 just for the food. Participants are encouraged to bring a side, dessert, or drink to share. Bonus points: include something from the CT Seasonal Food Guide!
On July 8th, we will hold an informal discussion about pricing products. We will share ideas, feedback, and lessons learned about pricing at markets based on our experiences. Bring your product price list, questions, and ideas!
What to Expect:

Receive step-by-step guidance and demonstrations on cutting small pieces and selecting the right adhesive for jewelry making. Bring along any tiny trinkets, beads, or old jewelry you'd like to incorporate into your designs for a personal touch.
Soft plastic is the most overlooked material in the world of upcycling. Yet, it can be recycled with everyday household equipment. Join us on Monday October 21 to find out how. Each participant will be able to create a sheet of plastic “fabric” made from a base layer and a skin layer. The participant can use the completed fabric in a variety of ways.
