It would be great to have a larger laser, a more powerful laser, and a fiber laser (which can mark metal). This laser is expensive, but it checks all of those boxes: The Epilog FusionPro 48 Dual (120W CO2/50W Fiber). It has lots of great features (https://www.epiloglaser.com/laser-machines/fusion-pro-laser-series.htm), and a cut area of 48" x 36".

Having the ability to print large parts would be great. The Gigabot 3+ (what they have at Sacred Heart) is a good option: https://shop.re3d.org/products/gigabot

We do not have a food scale in the kitchen area. This would be quite useful for weighing green coffee beans for the Behmor roaster as well as general kitchen use for cooking by weight instead of volume. Could be used for meats, spices, flour, etc. I have had a very positive experience with the Decent Simple Scale. It is very responsive, accurate, and a great price compared to other scales of its caliber.

Now that we have the Behmor coffee roaster, the next step to having fresh, delicious, high quality coffee is a grinder capable of consistently producing uniform coffee grounds. The Baratza Encore won't break the bank and is occasionally available for refurbished pricing. It is also ranked as the best grinder by the NYT Wirecutter and multiple members have expressed their general satisfaction with Baratza products.
