If you're brand-new to Arduino and electronics, this class will get you started prototyping your first circuit. We will use an Arduino UNO to make LEDs flash in fancy patterns at the push of a button.

More makers are finding they can sell some of what they make to earn extra income or even start their own business. This has become easier with the advent of online venues such as Etsy, Amazon and Kickstarter. Combined with traditional methods of outreach makers have a many choices in how to sell their products, each with advantages and disadvantages.
Come network with others who have sold or are interested in selling what they make. We will kick off the conversation with three sellers sharing their experience and advance.

Woodcut is a type of printmaking process. The art of printmaking involves the creation of a "master" printing block, from which multiple prints can then be made. The creation of a woodcut block is a very satisfying and tactile process, where hand tools are used to carve out the image that will be printed.
Local artist Michael Angelis will do a free demonstration of the process and answer questions for those who are interested

Hot Coco Happy Hour is for MakeHaven Members to gather and work on quick projects that can be completed in 1 - 3 hours time.
The idea is to have an informal MakeHaven member social, around making simple projects that will help to introduce members to new tools and equipment, knowledge sharing between members, and to introduce new members to longtime members.
There will be hot coco to enjoy and project suggestions that can be given as gifts, and made in 1 - 3 hours.
