Ready to earn your Screen Printing Badge and create your first print?
Join us for this group badging event, designed to help members confidently complete their in-person check-out while diving into the creative world of screen printing. Working in a group setting makes the process less intimidating and more collaborative!

This event is for MakeHaven members who have already completed the video and quiz portion of the Screen Printing Badge and are ready to dive into hands-on practice. Together, we’ll walk through the in-person check-out process and create your take-home project.

This event happens monthly, on the third Wednesday of each month (holidays notwithstanding).

What to Expect:
• A step-by-step guided introduction to the screen printing process, focusing on safe and effective use of the equipment.
• Hands-on practice as you create your first print using pre-made screens.
• Support and encouragement in a collaborative group setting, ideal for easing any nerves about using the equipment.
• Completion of the in-person portion of the Screen Printing Badge.

Skills You’ll Acquire:
• Screen Printing Safety and Operation: Learn to safely and effectively use the screen printing setup at MakeHaven.
• Basic Printing Techniques: Gain experience in setting up and using screens to create clean, professional-quality prints.
• Confidence to Print Independently: Build the skills and assurance needed to tackle future screen printing projects on your own.

What’s Provided:
• All materials for your practice project, including fabric or paper, ink, and pre-made screens.
• Expert guidance from a skilled instructor to ensure you successfully complete the check-out process.
