I own a company called Kensho SEED, and I want to use this space to project out some ideas around energy, and food systems. I'm putting together a business supplying restaurants with hydroponic growing indoors and on rooftops, and I want to expand into other areas (psst Andrew, we've spoken about algae and some of this stuff). I'm also planning workshops for late winter that will involve compost and hydroponics on a residential level, and a program designed around guiding the process and building small scale units.
The current use will be for some microgreens, and also to start to design and build the units for projects, including this workshop series. I'm psyched to be somewhere I can actually create some of this stuff, and try some of the build ideas out.
